  • The following form is intended for all General Inquiries to the Bylaw Enforcement team. 

    All complaints should be sent through the Bylaw Complaint form.

      E.g. depositing fill, unauthorized residences, non-farm use events and construction of buildings for non-farm use activity.

      *Environmental Health Officer- (Interior Health):

      They are responsible for regulating and monitoring many public facilities and those aspects of the environment.

      E.g. drinking water systems (not private), on-site sewage systems with apparent failure, food service and processing, pools and hot tubs, and personal service establishments.
