As part of our commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences, we’re inviting you to complete our Customer Experience Feedback Survey. Your feedback about your experiences over the past three (3) months helps us understand what’s working well and where we can improve to enhance your overall experience at our facilities and parks. This survey also serves as a quick pulse check on how well we’re living up to our new Service Promise, which guides how RDCK Community Services staff approach every customer interaction.
When we say “experience”, we mean everything about your visit. Both the big and small moments. This includes things like:
- Facility aspects, such as seating availability, cleanliness, and maintenance
- Staff interactions, like helpfulness, friendliness, and attentiveness from lifeguards, front desk staff, instructors, maintenance, fitness techs and parks staff.
- Any other part of your visit to an RDCK recreation facility or park that made your experience positive, or that could have been better.
Our service promise is: Each day, we will create a safe and inclusive environment where everyone feels respected, cared for, and heard.
This survey should take approximately 2-5 minutes to complete. All responses will remain anonymous.
