REPORT REQUIREMENTS
All organizations in receipt of ReDi funding are required to, voluntarily and without reminders, submit a Final Financial Report for each project supported with ReDi funding by June 30, 2025 using this template to be eligible for furture ReDi funding.
Unused ReDi funds must be returned to the Regional District of Central Kootenay.
All expenditures supported by ReDi funding must be incurred during the project period:
Project Period - May 17, 2024-June 30, 2025
Reports must include:
- Financial statement information
- Project outcome details
- Invoices/receipts showing how funding was spent
Incomplete projects as of June 30, 2025 are advised to obtain an authorized extension or change of scope by October 31, 2025 to remain in good standing.
A recipient with an outstanding or incomplete report as of December 31, 2025 will not be eligible for future ReDi funding until a satisfactory report is sent to and approved by the RDCK
