Account Creation
The Recreation Client Profile Form is used to create a new recreation account(s) with the RDCK. If you already have an account and need assistance in accessing it, please phone or visit your local recreation facility.

Account creation has a 72-hour processing time. If you need faster assistance, please phone or visit your local recreation facility.

Online accounts can be used for program registration. All facility memberships must be purchased in person or over the phone.

This information will be used for the purpose of creating/updating your Perfect Mind account profile in the Regional District of Central Kootenay Recreation.

- clear, sharp and in focus
- taken with eyes open and clearly visible
- taken without shadows, glare or flash reflections
- taken straight on with face and shoulders centered and squared to the camera
- taken in front of a neutral background
- not taken from an existing photo
- taken within 12 months to reflect your current appearance
