    Personal information you provide in this form is collected pursuant to section 26 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

    This information will be used for the purpose of facility bookings in the Regional District of Central Kootenay Community Services.

    Facility rentals are not considered complete until there is both proof of insurance and a signed Facility Rental Agreement. Public School bookings are not required to provide proof of insurance.

  • Pool booking availabilities are varied at each location during this time. Please contact your local RDCK Recreation facility to inquire about pool rentals.

  • Room rentals are not available at the Creston Education Centre. Please select "Gymnasium Rental" under Type of Booking.

  • The Gymnasium at the Creston Education Centre is currently not available for rental at this time.

  • The Nelson & District Community Complex cannot accommodate banquet rentals.

  • ERROR: Please choose either Nelson & District Community Complex or Civic Centre Arena for an arena rental location.

  • Whole Pool rentals are not available at this location at this time.

  • Renters at this location are responsible for the setup and takedown of equipment, tables and chairs, and floor sweeping.

  • Renters at this location are responsible for the setup and takedown of equipment, tables and chairs, and floor sweeping. A $75 cleaning fee will be applied to all Rotacrest Hall rentals to cover the cost of disinfection after the event.

  • Insurance Requirements

    All low, medium, and high risk rentals require proof of insurance upon booking. 

    Special Events (banquets, festivals, tournaments, etc) require proof of insurance 30 days prior to the event.

    If proof of insurance is not provided by the appropriate deadline, the rental will be cancelled.

    Please ensure the name insured on the insurance certificate is the same as the name used on the RDCK Facility Rental Agreement.

    Schools are not required to provide proof of insurance.
